3. Orders and Payments

5. Client Responsibilities

Delays in providing required materials may delay project completion.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the original manuscript, text, and other materials you provide.
You grant Uline Publishing a non-exclusive licence to use your materials solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all preliminary designs, concepts, templates, software, and internal production materials remain the property of Uline Publishing.
Ownership of final deliverables will transfer according to the applicable service agreement once full payment has been received.
7. Copyright Responsibility
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have permission to use all submitted content.
- Your materials do not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- Your content does not violate any law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Uline Publishing harmless from claims arising from materials you provide.
8. Revisions
Each project may include a limited number of revisions as specified in your quotation or service agreement.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
9. Project Timeline
Estimated completion dates are estimates only.
Project schedules depend upon:
- Client responsiveness
- Content availability
- Third-party services
- Printing or distribution partners
We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.
10. Marketing Services
Marketing results vary.
Uline Publishing does not guarantee:
- Book sales
- Bestseller rankings
- Media coverage
- Reviews
- Revenue
- Return on investment
Marketing services are performed on a best-efforts basis.
11. Refund Policy
Because our services involve custom creative work, refunds are limited.
Refund requests are reviewed individually.
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Completed work
- Delivered digital products
- Approved designs
- Services already performed
If a project has not yet begun, we may approve a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of services.
12. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project by written notice.
The client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
13. Third-Party Services
Some services may involve third-party providers, including printers, distributors, ISBN agencies, payment processors, or marketing platforms.
We are not responsible for the policies, performance, pricing, or availability of third-party providers.
14. Website Use
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access.

- Interfere with Website functionality.

15. Disclaimer

24.Shipping & Delivery Policy
Uline Publishing provides both digital publishing services and physical printed books. Digital services, including editing, formatting, cover design, eBook conversion, website development, marketing materials, and publishing consultations, are delivered electronically via email, secure download links, or another mutually agreed method. Delivery times vary depending on the scope of the project and will be communicated in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
For physical book orders, production begins after payment has been successfully received. Once printing is complete, orders are shipped through our printing partner or a reputable shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are typically 3–10 business days within the United States and 7–30 business days for international shipments, although actual delivery times may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout or included in your invoice before payment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any customs duties, import taxes, or similar fees required by their destination country. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
If your order arrives damaged, is lost during transit, or you experience issues receiving digital files, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the appropriate shipping carrier or printing partner to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.
